What training topics are available?
Five core curricula, with topics selected for your Redix version and use case:
- Healthcare EDI fundamentals: HIPAA X12 5010 transaction sets, syntax, inter-segment, and balancing validation, acknowledgment processing (999, TA1)
- AnyToAny Engine mastery: one-pass architecture, IFD/OFD map design, validation and error handling, performance tuning
- Visual mapping and map review: drag-and-drop mapping, translation testing, map reports and traceability, generating IFD/OFD mapping definitions
- Integration and deployment: REST API integration, Python and Node.js SDKs, command-line automation, production practices
- FHIR and CMS-0057-F: FHIR R4 fundamentals, the Prior Authorization API and the Da Vinci PAS guide, HIPAA X12 to FHIR, HL7 v2.x to FHIR, Patient Access, Provider Access, and Payer-to-Payer API concepts, Provenance concepts and audit trails
What delivery formats are available?
- On-Site Training — Redix engineers visit your facility for hands-on training with your team. Best for large teams and complex implementations.
- Remote / Virtual — Live instructor-led sessions via video conference with real-time Q&A and screen sharing. Best for distributed teams and quick scheduling.
- Hybrid Programs — On-site kickoff with follow-up remote sessions. Best for phased implementations.
Training examples use synthetic or de-identified data. Keep PHI, credentials, and keys out of shared screens, chat, and recordings; any exception needs a handling arrangement agreed in advance.

Are custom training programs available?
Yes. Custom programs can focus on your workflows, data formats, or compliance-related processes, using synthetic or de-identified examples of your data.
Is there a certificate?
Participants who complete the agreed training receive a Redix Certificate of Completion recording the course and its completion. It is a record of attendance, not an assessment of competence, and it does not by itself establish CMS or HIPAA compliance.

What does the FHIR and CMS-0057-F training cover?
- FHIR R4 fundamentals
- The Prior Authorization API and the Da Vinci PAS implementation guide, for the version chosen for your project
- HIPAA X12 to FHIR conversion
- HL7 v2.x to FHIR conversion
- CMS-0057-F's enhancements to the Patient Access API, and the new Provider Access and Payer-to-Payer APIs
