As a registered user of a Redix product, you are entitled to unlimited technical support through on-line services. Electronic mail is available 24-hours a day, seven days a week. This is the preferred way to contact us with technical problems or questions. You can reach us through the following:

When you call, you should be at your computer and have the appropriate product documentation at hand. Please be prepared to give the following information:

  • Product serial number
  • The type of hardware that you are using and the version of your operating system
  • Product component type and development environment
  • The exact wording of any messages that were displayed on the screen
  • A description of the sequence of events that leads to the problem
  • A description of how you attempted to resolve the problem
